I still can't figure out why Tennesse/Georgia got so much air-time?

Tennessee has been down for what seems like forever.

2008 (5-7)
2009 (7-6)
2010 (6-7)
2011 (5-7)
2012 (5-7)
2013 (5-7)

2014 - Wins over Utah St (2-2) and Arkansas St (2-2) with a 24 point loss to Oklahoma.

Georgia is typically the most over-rated preseason CFB team, had already lost to South Carolina and barely beat that Tennessee team by 3.

2009 (8-5)
2010 (6-7)
2011 (10-4)
2012 (12-2)
2013 (8-5)

What was so intriguing to spend 20 minutes analyzing and explaining away every facet of that game? Was it the Georgia (12-2) in 2012?

It was treated like a national title game.

Because it was their feature game.

You boys better watch what you're saying about the SEC. Or you're gonna be sorry when agents from Team SEC show up at your door and the next thing you know you wake up in a double wide, duct taped to a chair with the SEC Network on t.v., banjo music playing in the background and bamabear standing there in his t-baggin' britches.

LMAO!!!! That was beautiful.

I want the bagman to show up at my door. I will stop questioning shit, and begin pimping along with the talking heads.

Because it was their feature game.

So why call it "College Football Scoreboard".

Call it "Our Feature Game Analysis Show"

So their "Feature Game" was Tennessee/Georgia, yet Gameday was Missouri/South Carolina.

Seems legit.

The explaining away A&M's struggle with an Arkansas team that hasn't won an SEC game in 14 tries was even more perplexing.

A&M showed the resilience of a champion by overcoming..... yada yada.

And FSU deserves to drop in the polls.

Haha. Shockingly, our media is a for profit business filled with whores.

But I say to you what I say to people who complain about partisanship in the news media or people who claim (rightly) that the major networks dumb shit down: We now have the Internetz, hundreds of TV channels and an endless supply of options. Pick something else. If enough people do the same, ESPN the business will either respond or go broke.

So....fuck it.

I don't remember seeing more than a few seconds analysis of FSU's struggle with NC St.

It was literally an SEC Network show.

I agree. Hence it being the first time I've watched it this season.

It's disgusting how espn is a primary recruiting tool for the SEC anymore. As a news service they should show more neutrality. They've turned into choreographed SEC programing.

You know I honestly thought after FSU won the title that they would lay off the SEC pills a little bit. But it's gotten worse :L

I mean that's what the SEC network is for.

In all seriousness the best analysis I see during the week is on College Gameday and on College Football Final.

CBS actually has good analysis in general. I can't stand that guy on FS1 that is there on late games with Dave Wanstedt. He sounds like he's trying to suck a dick and hock a loogie at the same time when he talks. Annoying as hell. Not to mention he thinks Washington is the 2nd best PAC12 team :L
