2015 NFL Draft: Dante Fowler Jr. vs. Bud Dupree

some say that we should pass on scherf and get a RT later in the draft . i can see peat as viable in that scenario

but cant we do the same with fowler on the board for dupree ?

even Kikaha is the best pure pass rusher in the draft and scouts said he has the frame to play the run which we could possibly get him in the 3rd round

Either Bucky Brooks or Charles Davis stated that teams can get starting OLBs even as late as Day 3 in the Draft. This makes trading down all more the sense. Peat is a reach at #5.

Absolutely! ! It can be done and might be the wisest move yet. The great shock to some here could be that SM has Neither OLB nor OL in mind, no matter when or where our first pick is. Great post Dad!!!

This is exactly why so many of us want a trade down. We kind of all agree there is not one player in the top 5 that comes without a lot of question marks. Again given GMSM's ability to find talent throughout the draft I'd love a trade back and Peat as our first pick. That is my ideal scenario, then OLB and WR later as the draft is rich this year in those positions.

Trade back has always been my #1 scenario. Give Scot as many at bats as possible

I have no problem with this scenario.
