Well. Over 20 years later and mine still gives me troubles climbing a lot of stairs and walking up long hills. :P

Depends on how bad it is. Ligaments, broken bones etc. Could be a variety of things, it can be a complex injury. I was told I would have been better off breaking the bones rather than tearing the ligaments.

Some athletes never return to their pre-injury levels of sport after these injuries. Despite excellent surgical reduction and fixation, arthritis may occur from the damage to the cartilage. This may result in chronic pain and may require fusion in the future.

Hope he will be fine.

I agree. Just got back in the house myself and put my daughter to bed. Bitter sweet game with the results and the tributes to coach James. Terrible news with Williams now out for the rest of the year.

Yeah. I love that they closed the zone and made everyone stay in the stadium for the tribute. And it was good to see almost everyone stay in their seats for it.
