Butler in the final 4

I realize that Butler has been ranked and a team to be reckoned with for many years now, but maybe I am just stuck on the "name". Is it just me or is it just as weird to see "Butler" in the final 4 as it was to see George Mason in the final 4 a few years ago?

Butler has been a bracket buster for the past half decade, seeing them in the final four also makes me yawn, if they make the title game, they will lose. They tourney is a circus, and Butler is the main event this year...a big seed, probably not the best team, will win the title.

(Honestly I think Kentucky is the best team, and might win it)

My point is Butler was winning back then. So them having success in the tournament this year is nothing new.

Collier was not "let go" at Nebraska. He left Nebraska on his own to be the AD at Butler.

Well was he under pressure by the fans? Of course, but apparently not by his idiot AD Steve Pederson. Collier left in August, not really the best month for a college basketball coach to leave. Pederson was apparently planning on keeping him for the 06-07 season because otherwise he would have been pushed out after the season was over in March of 06.
