As a Lions fan I can say Suh stepped on him the second time on purpose. But WTF are we talking about in regards to punishment? It wasn't stomp as so many want to call it. That shit goes on all the time in and around piles.

At best it's a un sportsman like 15 yard penalty! That weak head slap and the blowing up the rookie center on the offsides earlier was as bad if not worse.
