The story being written is they weren't valued compared to their production.

Organization needs to handle this. Upgrading talent is one thing, but this staff is built on loyalty to team and a team first identity. Both of these guys, from the outside, bled for the team.

Benito is not as good as Buggs and Buggs gave way more effort, IMHO so this coaching staff owes us an explanation.

He’d already been gone.

Then didn’t come to work, during the work week. First group presentation goes live Thursday.

He’s still getting paid the same. And he missed a lot of group work. Extra time between presentation one and two for him to catch back up.

As I understand it, Lions offered Williams the same contract Montegomery took. He complained to the media it was disrespectful then had to take less.
