NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported that Robinson is in "stable" condition in the hospital. Our best to Robinson and Robinson's family. We'll be updating this as we know more, but obviously there is no real indication yet of how long Robinson will be sidelined.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported that Robinson is in "stable" condition in the hospital and the NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported that his understanding is at least two bullets struck Robinson in the lower body. Our best to Robinson and Robinson's family. We'll be updating this as we know more, but obviously there is no real indication yet of how long Robinson will be sidelined.

Sucks.

Season is over but it could have been a lot worse.

Prayers for him and his family. He will come back stronger!

This is just awful! I hope they find the monster who did this, throw them in jail, and throw away the key!!!!!!

I can't believe AG and dad put out a hit on BRob.

All kidding aside this is what it is like to be a Washington fan. I think the team was going to get big stuff out of him this year. Prayers for him.

shot a couple of times and not life threatening.

my take on this

what were you using, a pea gun?

what were you aiming at when you pulled the trigger?

The first thing I thought of was if it was life-threatening. The second thing I had was a Sean Taylor flashback.

This is awful for BRob. I would assume he is out for the year unless, by a miracle, these were flesh wounds. The fact that he is having visitors makes me think he will be fine. I hope and pray he comes back stronger.

From a football perspective, any idea when he comes back? I am guessing we put him on IR for the year and bring in another back that is cut.

I was excited to see him on the field this year. This just sucks for him. Hopefully, they get the scum bag who did this.

sounds like he could be back sometime this season
Good, the man has worked his entire life for this opportunity and some coward attempted to end his life and dream.

The team should wear a #8 patch until he gets back. Lets go BRob!!!!

I didn't think of Taylor until a bit afterward .... then I thought "how ironic, Sean was hit low too" although it hit his femoral artery.

I would imagine he is out for the year. Time for the wounds to heal and then recovery and therapy. I am glad it sounds like he is going to make a full recovery.

Damn shame, i was excited about a backfield with BRob and AG and the possibilities in how they could use them. Very worried about short and 1 now.

Prayers to him for a speedy recovery. Why does this kind of stuff only happen predominantly to this organization? It is a little uncanny I would say.
