It does seem fair to say "borderline illegal" when you have Fairley and suh gettuing fined seems like every other week for flagrant hits.

But as far as the Lions,keep hitting Cutler over and over again,it seems to me the bears,Cutler and Marshall should have known that was coming to begin with.....thats the way it goes.
