Who to start this week? Rivers, with how rock-solid he has been this year, is the safe pick. But Brady seems to be heating up, and has a juicy matchup with the Jets.

I could easily see Brady throwing for 350 and 3-4 TDs, but I could also see the Jets' d-line causing him some problems. What do you think?

I've moved Phil into the matchup exemption category. But Tom is playing inspired football.

Both at home........ I keep Rollin with Rivers.

I face the exact same predicament in one of my leagues. I like the Brady match up, but the jets defense could be a wildcard for me. They haven't been great, but this is a rivalry match up where a lot of unexpected things can happen. You also have to take into account that the jets have their backs against a wall and are looking towards this game as a huge opportunity to turn things around. I think about it the same way you do. Brady has the high upside right now, but rivers had the higher floor. You know rivers will produce, but Brady could kill it or he could flounder.

Rivers is the safer choice. I love the Brady matchup against the Jets, but the possibility of heavy rain could be the X-factor. Kind of a bummer, because I had him pegged over Kaeps this week. Still gotta think about it.

Lol, I'm still deciding whether or not to start him. That matchup is sooooo sweet....

Now that I think about it, wasn't it last year that the Jets and Pats had the same exact scenario, and it was a slopfest? 13-10 or something like that....

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. It seems like every other time they play, the Pats put a 30 point ass-whooping on the Jets. But Brady has been too inconsistent, and the Jets front line is very good.

I agree with you about Rivers, but I'll happily take the 28 points. Didn't want to rely on Kaeps this week.

I definitely would've been happy if I had started Brady, and I definitely would have started him over Kaep.
