Interesting metric. Basically they are accounting for players lost to injury (and players that are back from injury) by only including games played with the rosters that teams expect to have for the tourney.

The sample size included for Zona here is tiny compared to the rest of the teams. In fact, I would contend that for Arizona to get that high of a BPI score out of 4 games in which they lost 2 is incredibly impressive.

a metric that has us below Creighton UCLA and Pitt makes me want to break somebody's face. Fucking broken foot...

Haha true, but horrible, really wanted to see zona in the tourney with Ashley, as do you guys, brings me back to losing Arinze and Melo. He will be back next year tho right?

That should be more of a product of Zona being rated low.

As much as you hate to admit it. Creighton rates out high in basically everything.

he will be, but no idea in what shape. When you lose Aaron Gordon, likely Nick Johnson and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, it is obvious that this was our best shot to win it all.

and we are rated anything but #1 only because we lost ashley. We would be undefeated at this very moment if we had not lost him and would have a lead in every single metric

I still have nightmares of Kenyon Martin breaking his leg in 2000. What a shame.

Kenyon Martin, Dermarr Johnson, Steve Logan, Kenny Satterfield, Pete Mickael...that team was sick.

Poof. Gone.

Yeah that was a loaded squad that year.

Wasn't good enough to win at the BC, but not many teams are :yahoo:
