I hope Tom is around for three years after the Basketball stadium is up and running and Doc really has a chance to bring in top talent. But I know Tom wont fire anyone he will leave it up to the Next AD and Tom will be put up on the big screen at every sporting event he goes to and gracefully ride into the sun set.
