It's really all subjective, isn't it? Personally, I think Holmgren deserves to get in but then again, Jimmy Johnson is on the ballot. This means Cowher getting in leaves one of those two out. I have no problem with Cowher. He did bring back "Steeler" football so congrats to him. But as always, someone gets left out in these choices so it is what it is.

He came close to upsetting the Cowboys in 1995, but......Neil O'Donnell.

The Steelers won more than any team during his tenure, and he won playoff games with O'Donnell, Kordell Stewart, Mike Tomczak and Tommy Maddox.

The guy was a great coach.
