Good call by the conference. Should have been done during the earlier meetings imo but still, better late than never.

I'm not sure that they've put a time window on when this rule will take affect. We don't have anything to worry about because I believe that we have a P5 team scheduled every year through 2025?? The one thing that I don't like is the fact that BYU isn't considered a P5 caliber school. There was some confusion on this yesterday but the guys on MetroNews said that they are not a P5 equivalent.

Bat hit the nail on the head when he called it the "Baylor Rule". They don't have an OOC P5 scheduled until 2023...20-freakin-23!! How embarrassing is that?! I like the fact that we have had a decent OOC the past several years and that the future OOC schedule is very competitive.
