This was posted by the same poster who predicted Rutgers and Maryland to B1G. He got the GoR as a Freedom of Information Request from the University of Oklahoma.
I want to point out Page 3, item 4 RETAINED RIGHTS. This part is in there specifically for the LHN and other tier 3 networks schools have in place. Kansas State, Oklahoma, and Kansas fit the bill.
Really pay attention to the last two sentences of the RETAINED RIGHTS.
Any member institution MAY WITHHOLD INCLUSION of its Retained Rights in ANY TELECAST RIGHTS AGREEMENT at its sole discretion.
The conference shall NOT take any action that impairs a member institutions retained rights.
