Barry Zito’s new book “Curveball”

I caught Zito on the Dan Patrick show this week. After hearing him talk about his story and being an A’s fan I decided to go lay down the $25 on his book.

Only a few pages in, but I’m glad I made the purchase.

Recommend it.

He was really struggling with being liked and carried a ton of guilt about the whole thing. He said he was actively hoping SF would lose. At that point of his life he was all about being the hero and that was his only identity.

I wish he had sold copies in both color combos.
