So, any repercussions for a player shooting a gun in public the week before the opener at Bama? Miss the pre game stretching? Ride along with the mascot?

If it turns out to be more than rumor, he'll probably be in pretty big trouble.

I haven't read anything on this situation. But getting shot isn't usually the norm I would hope. So that's why i would think there's more to the story.

Right now it's just a 20 year old player getting shot outside of a bar and no apparent shooter , no final police report (because it just happened) no charges (because it just happened) and no statement to the police by the player. I'm guessing most people who get shot in chicago are either in gangs or have family in gangs and those people dont want to talk to police because they know who did it and they will be doing something about it. A football player from Alabama gets shot at a bar and he doesnt want to talk to police? That sounds fishy and you know it.
