Have you guys notice that the team hasn't released anybody yet ? And I noticed that Ryan k was at the combine this year could it be that they are working out contact extention with him and agents or am I over thinking it what's yall thoughts ?

No real concern. Scot hasn't been on the job that long, I'm sure he is still in evaluation mode. I'm confident there will be at least a couple significant releases. Bowen and Chester are the two guys with huge targets on ther backs. Then Cofield, lavaou, and gohlston aren't far behind.

I don't think lavaaou is going any where in fact I predict he has a break out year,they are switching from zone blocking

You could be right. It's unlikely they get rid of both veteran guards this year. They may try and get him to renegotiate. Otherwise next year he will be gone.

Yeah Bowen and Chester would be first cuts. Doubt Lavaou goes due to the cap hit. Isn't Gholston pretty cheap?

Coefield, Bowen, Chester, and Hall should be gone. Especially if we draft Shelton or a NT in round 2. That gives us close to 20 million plus we are 10 million under. 30 million to spend in FA or extend Kerrigan and Williams.

Hall is a very tough call. I wasn't too broken up when he got hurt but it turns out his injury was very significant.

Man thanks hall but his time is up . What we need is that cb from the Seahawks I think his name is maxwell ,get an o-line guy like the guy from San Francisco and then just focus on signing Ryan and Trent to long term deals the same with Alfred as well if we can . What's your guys thoughts ?
