I'm not shittin' ye guys, I come from a very small town in Nebraska of less than 1,000 people, and I know of over 20 people from that little town who are making the trip out there...............quite a few have already left in fact.

I also have relatives living in San Fran, California who bought Wyoming season tickets just to go to the game. They're flying in tomorrow evening.

I just read on a Wyoming forum that to buy a scalped ticket before the game, one may have to pay $200-$300.......per ticket.

In a stadium that holds a little over 30,000...............sounds like potentially a lot of red to me.

I've been to Laramie... that would take a significant amount of red paint.....

heard that something like 10,000 husker fans are expected. also, wyoming broke their season ticket sales record. they were under 200 apiece for the year, and sounds like husker fans stepped up and bought a ton.

I'd guess for any remaining home games the rest of the year the boy scouts and other organizations are going to be getting tickets for free. I know at least two people who are planning on doing exactly that.

I figured it would only take 1/2 a can of red paint, but Tom Husker might be right!

The wyoming ad said they'd be disappointed if there were 10k nebraska fans because that would mean season ticket holders were selling their tickets.

LOL...........well, they must not remember much about Nebraska from the old days. We're the only fanbase in the entire country who will pay $400 to get a ticket in the nose bleed section at an away game..........just to attend the game.

People up in Wisconsin are all buying new toys with the money they're making off of our fanbase

Every seat in the house is a good seat at a small venue like that. Like going to see an MLB team play in a minor league stadium

when there is only 30,000 seats total, i'd say that wouldn't be bad. and wyoming is looking at this as the biggest game that has ever taken place in their stadium (which it probably is), so i would imagine quite a few of them will want to hang onto their tickets. on the other hand, us husker fans are easily parted with large sums of money for tickets, so i could see that happening as well.
