The 4 races since Daytona have all been dominated by one driver and and at the finish of the race, the second place finisher hasn't been close enough to even be on the screen when the winner crosses the line.
To some that may seem bad, and I'll admit that it isn't edge of your seat racing(though I will contend that Phoenix was an excellent race, but that's another thread).
But not once this year has NASCAR thrown a caution late in the race because of some phantom debris to bunch the field back up. They're actually letting them race to the finish and not trying to manipulate the racing when a race becomes too one sided like they have done in years pass.
They still have a long ways to go, and it might be too little too late, but that's a big step in the right direction IMO.
