Troy always competed and then they had a few down years. LY they rewoke from
their slumber.

BUT, they got away from doing something they did quite often. Troy would always
schedule 2 or 3 games vs Power5 teams a year. They played many of them close
but had very little success.

They fell apart at the end last year. They beat Appy St and then got trounced by
Arky St. They recovered to beat Texas St, but they were pathetic. Then
Ga Southern took 'em out the last week of the regular season.

They could give you fits.

The 17 starters from a 10 win team that pushed Clemson to the brink have been mentioned. They also have a stud QB and stud RB. It should also be mentioned that Boise returns 8 starters from a 10 win team that underwhelmed and closed like shit last season. Give me the 11 to 12 points every day of the week and twice on Sundays. It's going to be a close game that Boise very well could lose.

I honestly know nothing about Troy except they are the kind of team that has success one year and it doesn't mean a damn thing when it comes to the next year most times because they probably lost the players that made them good.
