Oliver Luck, a former Houston Oilers Quarterback, who has a long history of working in management of different sports leagues, will be the CEO and commissioner of Vince McMahon’s revived XFL football league, which is slated to play its first game in 2020. Luck will be leaving a position with the NCAA for the XFL. Oliver Luck is the father of Indy QB, Andrew Luck.
