Who the hell is going to be the starting QB for Ohio State next year??

JT Barrett - as a freshman who was handed the reigns just 2 weeks prior to the season beginning finished with 2,800 passing yards and 34 td and 10 ints. He also rushed for over 900 yards and another 11 TDs...those are heisman finalist numbers as a freshman who didn't expect to play this season. He is the most polished passer of the 3.

Cardale "12 gauge" Jones - redshirt sophmore sat the entire year behind Barrett and due to injury was handed the reigns for the 3 biggest games of the season: Conference Championship Game vs Wisky, Sugar Bowl vs Bama, National Championship game vs Oregon. He responded by making big plays and leading the team to 3 wins and a national title. Remarkable. Cardale is by far the biggest of the 3 and has the biggest arm.

Braxton Miller (if he stays) - lost for the season just 2 weeks prior to it starting, he is the forgotten QB of the 3, which is absurd. Winner of B1G offensive player of the year in both 2012 and 2013. Braxton, despite missing games due to injury in '13 threw for 2,000 yards and 24 td to 7 ints. He also ran for 1068 yards and another 12 td. The year prior he had similar stats: 2k passing yards, 1,200 rushing yards. He is by far the most dynamic runner of the 3, but is also the weakest passer.

Its possible that Braxton leaves, he can xfer w/o sitting a year due to graduating. It's somewhat possible that Jones tries his luck in the draft, he cannot xfer w/o losing a year and would only have 1 more year of eligibility left. JT has already stated he is staying.

My guess is that its going to be open competition in spring. Should be an incredible show.

The Titans will select 12 Gauge and his gigantic arm in the 6th round. Then we will have two of the biggest cannons in the NFL on our team.

I think miller will end up at fsu

I thought I saw FSU was losing like their entire team and will be rebuilding next season...doesn't seem like a great place to play out your last season to me.

Braxton Miller is the starter

JT Barrett actually seems like the odd man out and possible transfer candidate

If you want to be a higher draft pick it is. 3 straight 1st rd QBs. Plus Miller needs to learn a pro style offense. Will have the RB, WRs, and LT back. More about getting NFL ready than winning a ship.

Would love for Texas to have that kind of dilemma.

If Cardale comes back he has to be their starter, he takes them to that next level. With Barret or Miller at QB I don't think tOSU would have won the Natty this year.

No one knows if Braxton can even throw the ball. If he is healthy, it will be his job to lose. Barrett isn't going anywhere. Based on Urban's proclamation earlier this morning that "Cardale's stock may never be higher" they may be thinking his best option is to declare for the draft.

Probably not with Brax. It's hard to say with JT? He is the better passer with accuracy. Jones is just a bruiser with a rocket launcher of an arm who can hurdle over trees. I think the Buckeyes win with JT as well. Just my opinion.

Did anyone see Mark May finally giving some love to the Buckeyes? He was slobbering over the tOSU OL. I knew he would come around eventually.

He does love him some good O-Line play.

I think Braxton transfers to LSU and Cardale/JT battle it out in the spring...

That said, Cardale IS draft eligible...

True, but i remember FSU had the most players drafted in the 2013 NFL draft, and then won the national championship the next season. They will probably reload rather than rebuild. Besides in the ACC a complete rebuild by FSU could still mean like 10-2.
