I hope Jim moves on here, he deserves the HC spot, who should we get in to replace him?

I think we need an offensive savvy coach that has tact & the use of persuasion. There will be no strong-arming of the Sabanator.

Great x's and o'x coach who uses a lot of blocking TE movement to create mismatches all over the field as well as run the ball very affectively. I hope he stays around for a while he is a great coach. The grass is rarely greener on the other side. If McCarron was a bit more accurate on the long ball we would have one of if not the best offense in college footall and I am talking realistically wise not stat wise since we actually play in a conference with solid defenses.
