I have to say this. not a jags fan, and really don't care what urb does now, but I do have to say, it sure seems like the sports media have been very brutal and aggressively attacking him since day one of Jags practice back in the summer....... 99% of coverage of him has been negative. everybody seems so triggered by him. IMO, he needs more time at Jacksonville, it's way too early to dismiss him as a failure yet. People are just ridiculous with their expectations.

The only thing people can be upset about is his team was 0-4 and he didn’t go home right after the game to prepare to fix that. Grandkids was his excuse, yeah we see that he was with grandkids. Dude has always been sketchy at best, just a matter of time until he is gone.

It's rare that a great college coach makes the move to the NFL and succeeds. They are two different monsters, each takes a different skill set to master.

Well, with Florida fans, they were just pissed because they got told to their face that they were a stepping stone program. sour grapes......

IMHO, my issue with him was that he underachieved while at OSU for 7 years. I do think he is a good coach. I don't give a fuck what anyone says, OSU should've had at least 2 Natties in those years. To be fair, Tressel should've had more than one in his 10 year stretch. With the talent that OSU has brought in since 2001, two natties in 20 years is underachieving. Look at the high recruiting classes........ OSU's facilities.......... and that one playoff game that OSU lost 31-0 was beyond unacceptable. That team was better than that.
