He looked amazing at the World Juniors. Time to find out if he's NHL ready. It's quite the jump.

he has some size...its not like hes a krug type. they were going to pair mcavoy with liles which sickened me. he needed to be with chara for a number of reasons, mostly that liles is awful.

i dunno, i saw it differently. i saw a guy score 2 goals and get named player of the champ game.

both guys are going to be good, but i saw chabot blow a few defensive assignments. chabot seems to be a purely offensive guy, while i think mcavoy is more rounded.

chara had a surprisingly good year. he wasnt awful. liles...is awful.

charas +18 as his best in 3-4 years, since he finished 2nd in the norris.

yup, all true. i didnt like what i saw from chabot defensively...tho he is young. both guys have time to grow, or fall into obscurity. i'd be happy if he started out like greg hawgood did here offensively(27 goals over 2 years).
