Championship week. I got 2 spots for 3 players

-Antonio Brown (Gimpy Ben and I get no points for punt return TD's)

-Roy Helu (dinged up and has Shanahan as HC)

-Torrey Smith (healthy and the Ravens I think are about to go off on the brownies)

Thoughts?

Torrey Smith and a coin flip on the other.

I'd lean towards Helu but not sold either way...I lost by one fucking point in the first round of my fantasy playoffs.

Difficult call -- At first glance, I like Torey Smith a ton, but he was held to only 1 catch the last time they played the Browns. But I expect a pretty big rebound playing on the field turf in Baltimore. I'd start him.

I'd probably also start Antonio Brown, just because I don't trust Helu to carry a big load. Brown should be okay - The Rams secondary is decimated and no matter who plays quarterback, Pittsburgh is now built as a pass first team.

Since Pittsburgh is playing the Rams, I don't think Ben's injury is going to be an issue.
Antonio Brown had a huge game against Cleveland, and he may get some action against the Rams, but so may other Pitt receivers.

Torrey Smith was defended well by Cleveland, perhaps because they respect him. But the Trend favors Smith in the past 5 weeks. If Brown recently found a niche against Cle, then the Ravens should be able to find the crease on the tape and take advantage.

Helu, because of the injury is your last choice, he should repeat the 7 point performance of last week.

Torrey Smith is, in general, the trend to follow, being the hot hand in most of his recent games, Brown is WR3 for the Steelers, and one good game of late does not make a trend.

Start SMith
second choice Brown
third choice helu.

I wouldn't play Smith. Haden is a beast and will be guarding Smith since Boldin will be out.

yea, I didn't know about the injury.

The injury with Helu would make me nervous, keep an eye on that tomorrow and before game time.

I made my assessment before the Boldin news. Joe Haden is the real-deal..... Smith's job just got harder.

Brown and Helu. Easily. No thought required.
