He had no way of knowing at the time of the promise that Zach was going to cost him his job

To my knowledge, neither of them has any type of criminal background or red flags. OSU handled it quickly and in the right way. However, they're 21 years old. Nobody should be held responsible for "protecting" men that age. If these allegations are true, they're horrible people who deserve to see the inside of the prison cell every day for the foreseeable future.
