Memphis over Virginia

Gonzaga over Arizona

Least likely to happen would be Zags over Arizona, but Gonzaga is no easy pushover, especially come tourney time.

Have to agree other than Kentucky has a shot in this one. As mentioned, just don't know which team shows up. Arizona is a better team than Gonzaga as IMO, no answer for Johnson and Gordon. Virginia just has too much talent and to me will win easy....LOL. that one could come back to bite me.

The way this tournament has gone, I don't think any higher seeds are safe.

Absolutely. But these 3 teams even having bad games could beat their opponents. UVA is proabably the best defensive team in the nation, and Zona and WSU are right there as well. They are also all good offensive teams that move the ball well. I like the matchups in favor of the #1's.

I hope they are good games, except for UK. I hope they get clownstomped!

Anybody could lose, but have you actually watched Virginia play, or are you just saying this because some of the talking heads have called UVA a weak #1?

The teams who stand the best chance against a team like UVA, are teams like Michigan St. who can physically beat them up, or guard oriented teams that can both break you down off the dribble and spread the floor with multiple 3 point threats. Memphis has the dribble drive guys, but I don't think they have enough shooting.

Expect this game to be close at the half, but for Virginia to wear Memphis down and win by about 10.

Agree. Virginia has nothing to pick on ...good defense, shooting, and passing. What! s not to like.
