Really puzzled why he was pulled after only 62 pitches.

It has been reported on KNBR (I think Baggs was on?) that he had a pitch/Innings limit, and they only expected him to go 3 innings, but he was so efficient with his pitches they let him go further.

I guess that makes sense. But he only threw 7 pitches in the 4th inning.
