Well let's see I will do just one move for each team...

Chiefs--Move Justin Houston out of the division.
Raiders--Move Khalil Mack out of the division (Man the AFC West has to have the best group of pass rushers around)
Chargers--Wouldn't do a darn thing. Maybe tell them to take a flyer on a 7th round pick player with the 1st round pick they have this year. Otherwise they have done plenty to destroy themselves.

Matt Millen as President and GM of the Packers - he only cares about drafting WR's and trades Pro Bowl defensive players so the offense has to outscore their defense.

Tom Lewand as President and GM of the Bears - he loves to overpay everyone into Salary Cap problems.

Martin Mayhew as President and GM of the Vikings - he enjoys drafting injured players and allows Pro Bowl defensive players to walk.
