Garrett, Trubisky, Adams, Thomas, Lattimore, Fournette and AJ Howard.

18 total players are guaranteed 1st rounders with 16 of those sometimes drafted as high as 14. It would seem prudent to take one of those, otherwise your reaching. These would include:

I would take Hooker and forget that I have resources already tied up at the position. He'd be my 5th defensive back or maybe even trade Jenkins to the Saints like the Saints asked about in the Cooks talks. Just keep adding young talent to the secondary until it can stop somebody.
