Great start to the year. Only Milwaukee, Eastern Kentucky and Prarie View A&M left noncon, should be a perfect start heading into conference play. How do you think we do in the B1G this year? I put my predictions for the conference season below

@ Northwestern
W (1-0)
vs. Iowa
W (2-0)
vs. Illinois
W (3-0)
@ Indiana
W (4-0)
vs. Michigan
W (5-0)
@ Minnesota
L (5-1)
@ Purdue
W (6-1)
vs. Northwestern
W (7-1)
vs. Ohio State
W (8-1)
@ Illinois
W (9-1)
vs. Michigan State
L (9-2)
vs. Minnesota
W (10-2)
@ Michigan
L (10-3)
@ Iowa
L (10-4)
vs. Indiana
W (11-4)
@ Penn State
W (12-4)
vs. Purdue
W (13-4)
@ Nebraska
W (14-4)

27-4 Overall going into the B1G Tourney

Edit: That wasn't as easy to read as I though it would be. The losses I have are @Minnesota, vs. Michigan State, @Michigan, @Iowa

I'd say 5-6 L's. When this team is in a shooting drought it is ugly!

I agree with the final prediction but just different L's which might be Iowa (home and away) vs OSU, and @Ill

Seems reasonable. This team should be disappointed with anything worse than a 2 seed.

We're a solid team, but not sure we're the 4th best team in the country. With our play and relatively tough schedule, I do think deserve this ranking.

It remains to be seen if we can contend with the elite on natural court or away from home. I believe with the new foul system, lack of depth, and no post presence that certain match ups vs elite teams would dismantle us early. However, based on our SOS, total games played in a limited time I would say we're very deserving of the ranking. I believe this team could be even better if more time is given to Koenig. He has the best passing and ball handling skills on the team and is a better pure shooter than Jackson. He should be a starter over Jackson but Bo doesn't believe in Freshman and won't give him a chance.

His video displays a little of what he can do. The guy is a 6'3" PG which is NBA size and it's fairly developed for a kid. Hopefully we destroy this team tonight and get a chance to watch him a little.
