Reminds me of a game a few years back when I went to see MadBum pitch against the Twins...I think he got taken out in the first, down 8-0 or something. I left; friends have never forgotten that move.

They said on tv it was pre-precautionary. The game was no longer competitive and he had already run a bunch. Let him rest of the night knowing he went out and stretched it out a bit.
