His justification for doing so was that he was being choked and it was his only option. I haven't seen the video (at least not recently) so I have no idea if that story is believable or not. If he truly was being choked then I tbink his actions are justified. My only issue here is why deny it at 1st and then admit to it 3 months later if he felt his actions were justified. It kind of makes his story less credible in my opinion.

I doubt we'll ever hear the complete tooth, as the impact of this story has waned over time. Now it's just a bridge to fill time.

At the time, they should've immediately dug to the roots of the story.
