2nd Half fantasy league

Does anyone want to do a league that starts after the ALL STAR GAME...

Starting to look for owners now... expecting this to be a slow draft again...

Either way this wont be an ADD/drop/trade league... I don't think add/drops work in a 2nd half league because September is such a WC month and too much streaming that would count for too much of the season...
