I did run into the problem of Phoenix Sundays or Oklahoma City Thursdaynder. Have to then Find and Replace those in the future. I can't use "Match Whole Cells" there.

Can you post the days of the week, for Leap Days, for the past 40 years? I want to see if it's true that I've never had a Leap Day on a weekday (or at least not one that I remember).
Also, the Winter Olympics and Summer Olympics should switch years. How cool would it be to have an event on Leap Day, or maybe the Closing Ceremonies, for the Winter Olympics?
Pop quiz: between 1912 and 2016, what multiple of four year did not have a February 29th?

Bump? But where do you copy and paste from?
Well, what was the reason why?
Is it part of the leap year rules to omit certain multiples of 4?
Or did they change the law, then change it back again?
Bump?
