My favorite to win this event is Phil Mickelson. He is playing at a high level and has a great history at Augusta National.

Not really rooting for any one player, but the tournaments are more interesting when you have the bigger brands at the top.

My pick...opposite of Zooky I guess...Rory...I think we're ready for another Grand Slam winner. Rory is been finding his form since the layoff...he might not be the longest in the field, but Rory seems to feed off his driver and right now he's hitting it good.

If not Rory...my 2nd pick is Bubba...he plays well on courses he likes and clearly he likes Augusta National...with his steep angle of attack with the irons, the 2nd cut doesn't seem to effect his ball on the green much.

Of course not every big brand is going to play well, but I think both Phil and Tiger will be in the mix. DJ has to be feeling some kinda way...this time last year, there was a different vibe for DJ...he's still on top of the WGR, but the pack has gained on him.

Good to see Tiger & Phil getting along so well at this time. Should be fun to watch both of them over the next several days.

It was good to see Phil and Tiger play a practice round together. I guess Tiger is secure in his standing in the golf world and no longer views Phil as his enemy.

At his age its tough to have the nerves on the greens that you need at Augusta. he throws away so many shots.

Don't think so. It is not as if they are going to be hanging out on a regular basis moving forward. However they are both part of a very elite fraternity & both have helped in ensuring that they & others have made a lot of $$ in their careers.

I think that his is another case of fans making assumptions about elite level athletes & their lives. In the end both of these guys may have some ups & downs, but they lead great lives & are not going to focus on petty feuds or things of that nature (another case of the media overstating things). Oh well - again - hoping for a great Masters & enjoy for those of you who are attending - so jealous.
