Seems like every year we have some crazy new concession item.

I remember the boomstick, choomongus, and the huge pretzel.

I never tried any of them. What about you guys?

I always eat before I go to the ballpark. I do get something to drink when I go.

I usually get a soda, few hot dogs, and an ice cream because it’s so hot out there.

I can’t wait for the new ballpark.

I usually just get a couple of Dr. Peppers and some Nachos when I go.

I remember getting Nachos the first year they sold them out there. Me and a friend decided to try them so we ordered some to split. I had never had a jalapeño pepper before. We were kind of avoiding the peppers untIl we heard the Hispanic family behind us laughing and speaking in Spanish. We just knew they were laughing at us so we forced ourselves to eat the peppers too. I think I have had to buy some nachos every time I have went to a game ever since then. I even learned to love jalapeños.

That should definitely keep you from eating much of anything at the ballpark. I am always stuffed after going to Pappadeaux.

I can't seem to keep track of time anymore. It is hard to believe that on April 1st that Globe Life Ballpark will be 24 years old. Just seems like yesterday that it opened. I will be glad for the new one in 2020 though as it is a hot box in the summer at the current ballpark.
