Management. Unfortunately if I leave my job at work my job will leave me.

It's a dadburned never-ending battle.

I have to answer my phone on vacations, get quotes out in the evening, put out customer fires any time of the day an night but I also take downtime during the week when it's slow to take care of what personal things I can on up time. I deal with it by knowing I got more me time then them time. Time management includes managing time for your life.

Yea I'm pretty sure we have the same job.

I tell people all the time I'm actually a fireman.

I'm young though and still am trying to impress corporate, so I do stupid things like sit up all night worrying about tomorrow.
