Yes. Mom is fucking annoying. From a "pervs" eye, I enjoy her first episode. She looked hot.

I don't think anyone thought we were going to get a whinny mom who had been locked up in hell and tortured forever. We all thought we were going to get a bat out of hell type of mom or something.

Last thing...Maze is smoking hot!

They may be going that route in the end. Looks like mom is working on corrupting her kids to play into some hostile takeover plan of Heaven she has.

11/14: CBS has given near-full-season pickups to new shows The Great Indoors and Man With a Plan (each extended to 19 episodes) as well as sophomore drama Code Black (16 episodes).

I watched two episodes of The Great Indoors and that was enough. It sucked.

I watched a couple of The Great Indoors. It's...it's not good. They're trying WAY too hard to be funny. I think the show would be better with fewer characters, but it wouldn't really take much to make the show better.

Adding a talking turd, while at the same time adding smell-a-vision would improve that show.

11/8: Conviction (ABC) effectively became the first new fall show to be canceled when ABC declined to pick up the second half of its debut season. The network will keep the show on the air until all 13 filmed episodes have aired.

11/7: Amazon has reportedly ordered 2 seasons of an untitled David O. Russell crime drama seriesstarring Julianne Moore and Robert De Niro. All 16 episodes will be written and directed by Russell.

11/7: TVLand has ordered 12 episodes of 1970s dramedy American Woman, starring Alicia Silverstone.

11/7: Canceled WB animated series Young Justice will return for a 3rd season on a yet-to-be-determined network.

11/7: Decker: Unclassified (Adult Swim) renewed for a 2nd season.

11/4: American Housewife (ABC) extended (by 9 episodes) to a full season of 22 episodes. Fellow ABC comedy The Real O'Neals was extended by just 3 episodes (to 16 total).

11/4: Any Given Wednesday with Bill Simmons (HBO) canceled in its 1st season.

11/14: ABC has ordered Marvel's The Inhumans, which will debut in the fall of 2017. The first two episodes will screen in IMAX theaters next summer prior to their TV debut.

11/14: HBO has renewed Westworld, Insecure, and Divorce. All three new programs will return for a 2nd season next year (though there's a chance Westworld could be delayed until 2018).

Don't remember anyone mentioning it yet, airs on Amazon, but Billy Bob Thornton plays a drunk washed up lawyer in 'Goliath.'

Not the most action packed show if you want pace, but the cast is pretty damned good.

11/16: The CW has opted against extending newcomers No Tomorrow and Frequency beyond their original 13-episode orders. No decision has been made about either show's renewal for a 2nd season.

Most of the late-night comedians are awful right now. Carson and Craig Ferguson were the only two really ever worth watching. Kimmel isnt entirely awful, though, to be fair. And Kilburn was good when he had the Daily Show. He lost the charm when he took over the Late Late Show.

Conan for a while was good when he was on NBC. I've seen a few of his shows since he went to TBS and didn't think it was nearly as funny. I figured either he's stale, I outgrew his humor or a mix of both.
