I am done with doing pick'ems for this year. Currently, I sit around making phone calls trying to make sure that my father is being taken care of and back in his routine. Then, I wait for phone calls to come back to me.

Right now, I am deciding if I am flying back out to help in the transition. I took his car away this last trip. I bought him a mobility scooter. I am currently fighting with Social Services which truly sucks. Never let Social Services get involved with your life. It is red tape and slow moving. Yet, they expect me to be super responsive.

Right now, I want to stay home because my oldest officially graduates from college on Saturday. I want to help move him out of his apartment and attend the graduation.

I am the definition of the Sandwich Generation. I am raising my kids and now I am dealing with my uber elderly parent from 2,000 miles. We just did this with my wife's Dad, but we brought him back here so we could have complete control. My Dad does not want to do that, and he is still 99% mentally sharp. Physically, he is a real live 94 year old WW II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veteran with a failing body.

He likes to tell people he was in four wars, and I guess he is calling the Cold War a war. Or maybe he was involved in something I don't know about. Cuba?

I see a lot people have picked a total of 9 games for the BIG win/loss record. I count 10 games total without the N.Championship game if MSU makes it. Am I missin' sumthin here?
