Here's a tip... Use half and half and an add an extra slice of Velveeta to your Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

LMAO...what movie is that cowboy?

Rob Zombie's "The Devil's Rejects." You gotta watch it tonight. Unless you haven't seen "House of 1,000 corpses." That is the 1st one.

I do think Devil's rejects is a little better because it is more of a movie than a typical "wrong turn" type slaughter horror movie.

My wife sent me some of that shit to work. Spit it out of my mouth nasty.

I have always made homemade Mac and cheese from scratch.

Nasty

Sad to say, I can't imagine Donnie Baseball lasting the year in LA. Too much money spent to be a mediocre team. Not his fault, but think he is going down for it

Probably.

He doesn't belong there anyway. And it will give me just another reason to hate all things Dodger.

a tablespoon of cream cheese
Funny you say that because I actually adapted that into the recipe the last time I did it.

I mean he looked pretty defensive about it too..

Why bother making mac and cheese when you can just buy stouffers and/or Trader Joes? Can't be beat.

Do like Rock said and add some cream cheese. I don't really measure the white cheddar just pile it on.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 cups shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese, plus 1 cup for the top
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese

Recipe courtesy Tyler Florence Cook the macaroni in lightly salted boiling water for about 10 minutes, until tender but still firm. Drain well and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. In a deep skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour to make a roux and cook, stirring constantly, to remove any lumps. Pour in the milk and cook until the mixture is thick and smooth, still stirring all the while. Stir in 4 cups of the Cheddar and continue to cook and stir until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked macaroni and fold to incorporate. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cup of shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
