What two positions are important to get early(starting 2nd round) and second tiers will work for the others?

So here's an example combinations
Top Tier
Abreu(2nd)
Gordon(3rd or 4th)(I can do without Altuve)
McCutchen(2nd)
Arenado(3rd)

Second Tier
AGon, Freeman(risk due to no run support), Votto, Pujols(scary), Fielder
Dozier, Kipnis, Kinsler, Murphy, Cano, Rendon
Cruz, Upton, Martinez, Jones, Brantley(hurt), Blackmon, Gomez, Cain
Frazier, Carpenter, Franco(?), Seager, Beltre, Rendon
