12 team ppr where do you draft bell

That's pretty tough if you ask me, but I'd take him early in the 2nd for sure, but would plan on taking DWill at least a round (maybe even 2) earlier than his ADP at the time of the draft..............

The guy that drafted DWill last year in my money league got him in the 6th or 7th and he was for sure one of the biggest steals of that draft. Regardless, if Bell is sitting there for me in the 2nd I don't see how I could pass him up.

And since many fantasy leagues only play up to week 14, with playoffs in weeks 15 & 16, then that means you'd be without Bell for 9 weeks. (Same for Brady too.)
A pessimist would say that practically half your season.

This may be another case where I rank Bell so low that I hope someone else drafts him to make my decision easier.

Yeah I get the missing 5 weeks part of it but if you make the playoffs you get those games back since half the league isn't in the playoffs and using their rbs.

my original thinking was to drop him and keep miller who i think will have a great year. but more i'm thinking its only a 10 team league so i will be getting another quality player at 6 and only a few spots away from going again in round 2.

if it was a 12 team i probably wouldn't but now i'm just confused

I think I'm with you on him - let someone else take the risk. Heck, there are no guarantees he doesn't do something stupid while on suspension. .... two susp in 2 yrs is not a testament to his 'good judgment'.

Why are you assuming you miss the playoffs?

The answer depends on playoff structure and competition, IMO.

For example, in MBBRL where 4 teams make the playoffs, we use standard scoring and competition is really high, I am not sure Bell is worth a 2nd round pick. It is very hard to make the playoffs.

I play in another league that is PPR, and 8 of 14 make the playoffs. I would take him top 10 there, because I know I can make up lost ground later on and still make the playoffs.
