Weird to see Wade at the bottom of the lineup. Seems like a better place for Conforto or Villar.
Speaking of Villar, hope he is able to take advantage of more playing time. I think another week of struggles should earn him a trip to Sacramento.

I haven’t seen him pull off any Arenado-type plays (long running catches by the net, for example), but I dont think I have ever seen anyone handle those mid-hop plays better than JD has this year.

And his bat is above average for what you would expect from a starting 3B, so I would have no prob moving forward with him as the 3B for the foreseeable future. And the reports of Schmitt’s D at SS have been very encouraging, so I don’t see a problem there.

Estrada is a solid starting 2B, and a hot-hand/platoon of Villar/Flores/Wade at 1B is acceptable (though the D is iffy at best).

Not sure I see a SUPERSTAR in that infield, but that could be a solid, cheap infield allowing $$ to be spent on the OF and pitching.

In a lot of respects, Logan Webb is off to a really nice start:
3.80 ERA
9.60 K/9 (Career best)
1.40 BB/9 (Career best) 57.9%
GB rate (2nd-best in career)

The ERA is elevated due to an unusually high 23.5% HR/FB ratio. His career mark is nearly half of that at 12.2%. As that number continues to decline, his ERA should improve.
