One of the worst played title games I've ever seen. Officiating was dreadful too. Still the worst was the 2011 title game in which UConn beat Butler 53-41. Some "highlights" from that game:
-Butler shot 18.8% from the field (lowest in any NCAA title game, lowest in an NCAA tourney game since...
I have a friend who loves soccer and hates hockey, finds it the most boring sport out there, I have never been able to figure that logic out. I can understand why a hockey fan may find soccer boring but hockey is essentially soccer on skates with more scoring opportunities and more physical play.
My biggest beefs:
-How is Minnesota a 5? And how is Wisconsin an 8?
-How is Wichita State a 10? Thought they'd be like a 6
-How is Duke theoretically the worst 2 seed?
-Vandy and Florida State both should not have been that highly seeded (minor beef)
I get that but the head to head victory coupled with a big ten title game win would be superior to that. Other than Bama they're the hottest team in football as well.
Come on what? In what world does OSU deserve a spot over PSU? I know they are better than them talent wise and would beat them 8 of 10 times, but they didn't, they lost the game, didn't win the conference or the division, if PSU wins they belong, if not I say OSU over Wisconsin.
Totally agree. I'm tired of OSU being penciled in. Are they one of the 4 best teams in terms of talent? Probably. However, they lost head to head. If it were best 4 teams then why even play the games, let's just give it to the top recruiting classes!
When I went in 2013 it was Ohio Stadium West. We were outnumbered 70/30, made it even better seeing Buckeye fans literally crying walking out of the stadium after the game.
