Georgetown isn't even a tournament basketball team. They are 8-0 this year against absolute cupcakes and play their conference games in the Big East, which is maybe the second best conference from top to bottom. The only team in the Big East that is a walkover is DePaul.
it's based on statistics, not opinion. There's also no reason that game will not be exciting. USC has been on fire, Ohio State will be able to move the ball against their defense. This'll be an explosive and exciting game, which is exactly what the model accounts for.
sixers have had statistically one of the hardest schedules in the nba so far this season and they are nowhere close to their ceiling. There is no real reason why they would greatly regress in terms of ability or record based on their record so far through this incredibly complex part of the...
I have a buddy that actually did a whole metric on this. He calls it WatchaBowlity and it's pretty damn solid in my opinion. The 2017 WatchaBowlity - Student Union
exactly. his realistic ceiling is 6th man in the association (and that is fairly generous). LaVar will have to swallow his UCLA pride and move him somewhere else.
My biggest question to come from this is would he ever move schools. It seems really hard to believe that LaVar would put him anywhere else, but is it at all possible? LiAngelo isn't a one and done guy so to pull him out of school entirely would seem like a really detrimental decision.
I think a lot of people forget that Kawhi is only 25. Dude is a top five star in the league and has shown he can do it on the biggest stage against the best players in the world. I need to give him the nod.
Thanks for taking the dive and checking it out. I'm not trying to screw anyone. But in terms of this section, Wisconsin has impressed me much more this season. Their defense has given me real nightmares and they have at least one offensive weapon that can be consistently relied on (Jonathan Taylor).
if you see anyone other than Simmons getting ROY, I don't even know what to say. Dude leads rookies in four statistical categories and it top 50 in the entire NBA in PER. Also,,, he is maybe one of the most talented players in recent memory in terms of what he is. Not to mention his team is...
I want to say the Vikings, but there is something about Case Keenum in the playoffs that doesn't do it for me. I'm going to lean towards the Saints, who actually might be the best team in football right now. It's good to see Drew Brees finally have a team where he doesn't have to do every single...
It's gotta be the Chargers at this point. The fact the Chiefs still lost with a good performance from Alex Smith is extremely damning to their chances to get their season back on track. The Raiders have a defensive freak in Mack surrounded by a bunch of practice squad guys and the worst wide...
The majority of the bowls, if not all of them, are fairly random and arbitrary. I decided it would be a good idea to pick the winners of the games with the same attitude. El Pollo bowl predictions - Student Union
