Spygate
Deflategate

Well I've already explained to you that even the NFL isn't making the argument he had anything to do with the deflation of the balls in that case.

Spygate had to do with filming from an unapproved location.
  1. That does't involve the QB.
  2. Filming the opposing sidelines wasn't against the rules, and remained such for many years after the ruling. The Patriots were punished for filming from a location that wasn't approved. Following that incident the Patriots, and most NFL teams, continued to film the sidelines of opponents but did so typically from the coaching/press booth of the stadium. (Each stadium is configured different so the location varies based upon the particular stadium. If you come to Gillette I can show you where they film the opposing teams sideline from.)
So do you have any actual examples, or just the crap you fell for from ESPN, et al.

The whole football world has known something Providence, RI has ignored and kept secret for a very long time. Tom Brady is Overrated. Last Thursday certainly cemented the fact. We are talking about a QB nobody thought was good enough to start on an NFL team, was a game manager most of his career and would only have 1 SB if it wasn't for his kicker.

Tom Brady has been lauded by many as the GOAT because his teams have won 4 Super Bowls. Much of that credit HAS to be taken away after seeing what the Patriots have been able to do with backup quarterbacks.

Do you think Tom Brady is overrated?

Are you a troll?

LOL - you pats fans are such delusional cry babies.

Your article from USA Today does not say he cheated in the article.

Every reference is 'could', 'might', 'most likely'................not once did it say anywhere he "did" anything. Like most articles in May 2015, they all sort of say he cheated but NEVER ONCE do they give anything specific.

Call your hero Roger Goodell and ask him for concrete evidence that Brady did anything. Even Goodell will admit that the suspension was enforcement of Article 46. Never once in any court did the NFL accuse Tom Brady of cheating. If you have the intelligence, read the published court transcripts. Only 1200 pages. I defy you to read them and find one instance in those documents where the NFL did anything but invoke Article 46. They won their case based on the legality of Article 46, not on anything that Tom Brady or the New England Patriots did.

You are a Brady cock sucker. According to you people Tom is the bestest ever, Wes Welker should have caught the ball, crying over getting drafted is manly and Tom Brady has never cheated in his life. In other words there is no point having a discussion with you.

Actually, you are way off. I dislike Tom Brady but saying he isn't one of the greatest is just stupid. You are just looking like an idiot in this thread. Especially the fact you have Elway above Brady. Montana is the best ever but Brady is top 3, Marino is up there too, so is Peyton. I don't like the guy but give him props and stop being such a crybaby bitch.

You do realize that even if he did cheat, there has been worse especially in baseball. Players that took roids/supplements were given way more of an advantage than in this case. Barry Bonds took roids and he is still regarding arguably as a top 3 hitter of all-time. Ruth, Williams, Bonds. I would put Brady in the top 3 QB's of all-time, no doubt. If he wins another one, he is #2 possibly right there with Montana at #1.

Eras are not easily compared, so raw stats without context don't prove much. "Best Ever" for anything is always opinion.

He dominates the stats, and with each game he grows the gap.

If he wins another one there will literally be no reason to argue that he isn't better than Montana. He already leads him in nearly every category.

Which stats is he dominating?

All time completion %: fifth behind Brees, Manning, Rivers and Roethlisberger (2.8% behind Brees)

All time TDs: fourth behind Manning, Favre, and Brees (99 behind Manning)

All time Passing Yards: fifth behind Manning, Favre, Brees, and Marino (12K+ behind Manning)

All time QB Rating: first, .5 over Manning, .8 over Brees (if you include some of the younger players, he's behind Rodgers 6.3 pts, as well as Russell Wilson and Tony Romo)

All time Yards Per Attempt: tied for 23rd

All time interception %: 3rd behind Rodgers and Russell Wilson (so 2nd, since Wilson has a long way to go).

Super Bowl victories are team accomplishments, not individual player accomplishments.

Sure, but it's the only thing left that Montana has on equal ground with Brady. With another title Montana has nothing left.

However, Brady trails Peyton, Favre, and Brees in most individual categories (and Rodgers will be in that mix as well).

Tom Brady did cheat. There is no argument. His career has benefited from 2 KNOWN cheating scandals.

Tom Brady didn't play baseball so comparing him to baseball players to figure out who is the better QB is extremely dumb. You should be embarrassed you just brought that shit up.

But in totality he dominates them. In Peyton's case you have to weigh in the fact he played a huge portion of his career indoors. Many of those stats will fall this year or next, for example total reg season wins, total wins, etc.

Pass completions/pass attemps/yards/tds/ is a possibility if he does in fact play another 4-5 years as he has said he inteds to do.

He either leads, or is heading towards leading in every single category.

Also you were arguing only Montana was better, and the only thing Montana has going for him at this point is being tied with Brady at 4 rings each.
