Only pistons player I'm ok with playing well right now. I don't even get mad when he makes a big play.

I think he'll be one of the best in his draft class when all is said and done.

Ivan Rabb returns for his sophomore season at Cal. Jaylen Brown declares for the draft and will hire an agent.

Also Cal is switching from Nike to Under Armour. Call it the Steph Curry Bay Area influence.

This is the most well written and spot on article I've ever read on the many failures of PAC 12 Networks. This is what I've been saying forever but this guy explains it much better than I have been and does it precisely.

Pac-12 Network is getting worse, not better

As somebody who lives on the east coast, I only have access to the national network. I understand what they were thinking in offering regional networks, but if that's the programming they are going to use, it's going to fail miserably. I just can't grasp why they would show an Arizona gymnastics re-run on the Arizona channel instead of a quarterfinal game between USC/Utah, which turned out to be 2 NCAA Tournament teams. If I'm understanding the concept of the regional network thing, viewers who live in Washington for instance, wouldn't have been able to see the Oregon/Arizona Pac 12 Semifinal? If that's the case that's beyond idiotic.

That's correct. They probably were forced to watch a Washington gymnastics competition from a month ago instead of a live event, a major one at that.

Yeah, it makes no sense. I understand the regional stuff because they can provide broadcasts of the teams that most people in that region want to see.

However, there are events that should be broadcast to all regions. During the regular season, I may not want to watch an Oregon/Washington basketball game over a USC/Utah basketball game that's on at the same time. Which could happen with only a national version.

But during the PAC-12 tournament, I'm going to want to watch Oregon/Washington over a rerun of gymnastics or some USC tournament game from 2011.

Julian Jacobs, you fucking idiot. Likely a late 2nd rounder at best decides to forgo a free year of school and a team with aspirations to make school history next season. Unbelievable the decisions and advice these kids are getting. Unbelievable.

Well, good thing I've got a ton of confidence in Mathews and Melton playing big and productive roles immediately as Freshman. The guard rotation is still pretty strong.

Very stupid move on his part unless there's something some scout or NBA staff promised him that we don't know about.

It was looking like 2016-2017 was the uber anticipated season for USC Hoops now it looks like 2017-2018 might be even more exciting at this point with rumors of being the front runners for Derryck Thornton and 2017 5* F Billy Preston.

Oh well I can't complain, Enfield is building a competitive product at least.

You'll have to beat out Sean Miller and co. for that one. We're both on his final four list along with Kansas and Maryland.

Should be an interesting recruiting battle.

Nice pick up for Arizona. Will likely need a guard going into 2017-2018 with Allen graduating and Trier possibly going pro. And perhaps Simmons/Ferguson/Alkins etc.

Romello White is a possible good pick up for ASU!

Hurley has put together a nice class, props to him. ASU should've been able to put recruiting classes like this together a while ago. Now… we'll see what he can actually do with it, that will be the interesting part.
