It was the definition of handing it to them. Holding call brings back a TD. Fumble gives Seattle a TD. etc, etc.

Did you watch the game?

Fumble "gives" Seattle a td? Not Seattle "forces" a fumble resulting in a return for a td?

See the pompous attitude reeking from your post?

The holding call did bring back the TD but penalties happen that take away big plays all the time. Do you see Seattle fans bringing up the Bennett penalty that took away the 70 yard return after the Earl Thomas interception?

Think what you want. It was a well played game by both teams. Cincy hit us first. Then we hit back and forced a punt or turnover for 7 straight possessions. Cincy hit back after that and ultimately won. That's how I saw it.

If you really think Cincy "schooled us" and our scores "were handed/given to us" then you have an over inflated ego. You won a tough regular season match up by the slimmest of margins and you're on here bragging like it was a beat down. Learn some humility.

It was a blown blocking assignment. Did you watch the game?

I watched the game. What game did you watch? Michael Bennett wrecked havoc all game. He made a play and caused the fumble. Are you not man enough to admit a defensive player made a good play to cause a turnover?

Obviously a win of this magnitude has inflated your ego. I can't imagine if you guys actually won a playoff game to get to a conference championship game.

Wilson has been sacked 22 times in 148 attempts. What, is because he is not elusive? He has WRs that do not get consistent separation. He has a TE that is being misused. Marshawn Lynch is good, but he is not nearly as god as the Russell Wilson haters would lead you to believe. He has a very respectable passer rating and he was won more than any QB in the history of the NFL in his first three seasons and the Seattle fans are attacking him?

Uhhhhh, the great Seahawks defense let a 24-7 lead slip away and the blame Wilson?

He made a lot of great plays. That wasn't one of them. He wasn't even blocked.

Your entire line of reasoning is pretty ridiculous. So every big play the Bengals made was because of their execution whereas the big plays we made was because of...... your lack of execution?

You realize it is two teams playing against each other right?

An unblocked player who meets the runner as soon as the ball is there is not a good play. It's a broken play. Bennett would not have touched the runner at that point without there being a mistake. And without that mistake by the offensive lineman there most likely would not have been a fumble.

Does the same count for the numerous times our offensive line let guys come in essentially unblocked? Or was that just great execution by the Bengals DL?

It's part of the game. Great plays are part great execution and part failed execution on the other side.

No, they're not. Not to me, at least. I don't recall the Bengals making any spectacular plays on defense really. They had a few sacks. Wilson made a poor decision and Jones intercepted one. Fairly standard and mundane stuff really.... nothing exceptional.

What is the difference between a Wilson poor decision and the offensive line failing to block Michael Bennett?

Not that I would really call the Wilson pick a poor decision.

I would say the difference between the fumble and the sacks by the Bengals are this:

One occurred with no attempt to block the defensive player.

The others occurred with attempt, but due to whatever reason, the defensive guy beat his man.

One had no shot, the other, at least bought minimal time for the player.

Eitherway, hell of a game.

I love Wilson. FACT.
He has a shit line.
Rawls proves that Lynch is just Lynch, and Rawls is good too. OK, maybe exageration. But still.
Love Lynch, but he is odd.

Bottom line, the D stunk it up and lost this game. PI or not, the D plays weak at times.
As much as our D gets credit for, they need blame too. ATL, playoff game, NE SB???? (just 2

Unlike the shark guy, I love my team, so proud of what they have done for our image.
2-3 right now. Week 9 BYE. Stated before, need to be 5-3 at bye, 4-4 at worst.

Is 5-3 at bye still possible??????

My thoughts two months ago. At least I had faith in my team and RW.
I see Jelly has disappeared and guns and dildos had counted Seattle out.
Hey Guns, How is that prediction that Dallas would have a better year than Seattle working out?
Shark, you still want RW to play out that rookie contract?
Time for purguy to chime in with his 'average QB' comment. Comedy Gold!

Zombie Thread: Back from the dead.

Kinda funny though that Manning2Luck has gone AWOL in direct correlation to how poorly the Colts season has gone.
